A name was mentioned along with seeing if he's breaking the rules.

Twas an example, and nobody here has the motive of trying to nail that person to the wall.
There was a legitimate question of whether or not the action depicted was allowed, not a blatantly obvious motive of exposing the rules-breaking by that person.
