Remnants and Fallout

Making his way through the antiquated ship, Enrico tossed his gear into one of the officers Cabins. They were at close quarters, meaning the senior officers were going to have to share, with the exception of Rhade and Broch naturally.

Luckily he'd drawn the short straw and was bunking with Vance, made things easier.

Master Chief Byk, or old Pasha as he was belatedly known, was marching through the narrow corridor carrying a large garbage bag, people tossing gear, clothing and anything else into it that didn't fit. And Alvarez wondered what the hell was going on.

He changed, deciding the best place for him, as senior Pilot, was on the bridge, tucking on a baseball cap, he jogged up the companionway... no elevators... who designed a ship with no elevators?

He shook his head as he walked out into the bridge. Panels, flat screens and dense chairs... and there looking resplendent in an old Coalition Admiral's Uniform was Broch.

"Ma'am!" he greeted. "Permission to take the conn and commence preflight?"
