Seriously, the lore established in Vanilla Freelancer goes with the idea that Ageira is the only corporation in the known universe that can create and repair tradelanes and jumpgates.
If Ageira wanted to, they could utterly screw the other Houses.
However, why would they?
Ageira makes a roaring profit from their trade, so it makes sense to just keep doing it.
It would only be if a House directly attacked Ageira that they would probably stop helping them.
Seriously though, if no H-Fuel is reaching Liberty, DSE ships can't get to Kusari.
No H-fuel = No trade.
Kusari is cutting itself off, in very dangerous ways.
