Thats a good point, im sure some lower morality screw up would have the nerve to sit outside the ooc jumphole killing those exiting and entering. There is a rule that would cover this though, and result in a big sanction.

1.2 Server administrators have a right to impose sanctions on players for violating of server rules and for any actions that harm server gameplay.

If someone does such a thing, sanction. Or even better, make it just as easy to get to the ooc system as it is to get to new york currently.

add in the empty ooc system, and add in 10 jump holes. 1 infront of manhattan, 1 next to each jumpgate out of new york. then five leading back to the respective jumpholes in manhattan, inside the empty zone. these five would be spaced out accordingly to match their New york counter parts, so they would still take up the time it takes to travel through the new york system.

Thats more work than 2 jump holes and an empty system, but would keep the ability to get their as safely as new york currently is to reach.
