Pilot Wayland, RHA command has given you permission to dock at Vogtland. Your ship will be impounded until you've been checked out. Any discrepancies will result in your termination as a spy. If your Wrath fighter becomes a maintenance problem you may end up being ordered to scrap it in favor of a ship more easily maintained by our (or allied) shipyards.

(OOC: your single Wrath is allowed in RHA. I think the RP-heavies will understand the idea of a defector flying his Wrath to Vogtland... heck a couple of Migs have come to the USA by defectors in the past:)... this will be the only Rheinland military figher allowed in the faction.)
