I'd prefer to see the conners settle over to DoD too since that would sometimes add a lot of free slots for the regular players (Witnessed more than 30 at times myself). And let's be blunt, most of us are connected via skype so the player count is not really an argument to go to conn. Just arrange something on skype.
Taking your own chars over there isn't much of an issue either since chars on DoD start with 1.85 billion credits so noone needs to trade up.
