Allright. This has gone too far.
Dab, if he is aligned with the corsairs, he is roleplaying corsairs. And you have no right to order him to leave. Because as far as i know he is not aligned with a non NPC faction.

Also, the damned is not member of a faction. He has no tag, hence, he is a freelancer. You cannot (or should not) order a freelancer to leave. Because he is not a member of a faction, hence he cannot be hostile to you. If you consider him hostile, and want him dead, post a bounty in the BH thread.

In fact, if i remember correctly, Igiss decided to use the "sphere of influence" concept instead of the territory one. Because it puts an end to the system conquer and to the faction ordering people to leave.

I think that the only reason you didnt get a ban yet is because damned have no screenies to prove the harassment.

Also, if he is not at war with us, we cannot force him to leave / fight.

So, lets drop this before someone gets a ban. :rtfm:
