It *IS* harrassment by all legal definitions in the United States (and if i'm not mistaken, you *ARE* a citizen of the United States, Dab) when this goes beyond simple annoyance.

you've been killing him every chance you get when he undocks or whatever. THAT is harrassment.

I never base raped him ever. Every time either one of us died I asked him to leave. He said no so I attacked. I gave him a chance to leave everytime one of us died so don't try blaming me for base raping. And I always allowed him to start manuvering after undock sequence befreo I started fighting.

I only attack him if he is in one of AW's systems. I don't go camp outside of some other planet to kill him. When he was in Damned yeesterday I went trading when he was in Delta. I I really wanted to harrass him I would have gone after him in Luciaden who was only a few systems away.

And Virus I know that I don't have complete control over my systes noone does. But I am going to try to keep out people who are hostile.

And Wolf its not really a admin's job to keep people out of systems. It that faction's job to secure their own systems. As long as Damned is hostile to us he is not welcome in Gamma there for I will attack him if I see him in our territory. I personally don't see why this involves anyone else. I attack Phantoms everytime I see them in Gamma and other Omicrons but do you see them complain? No. If you don't want to be attacked by a faction stay out of that factions system, don't go complaining to other people and try to change rules to suit you. You want me to stop attacking you in Gamma then go somewhere else or don't attack AW members.

Other people who come in our systems usually leave when asked and if not they figt it out and (most of the time) lost then stayed out. But no you you run to the forums try to humiliate someone and ty changing rules so you can sit where you want to. Not even -=?=- complained when we attacked them in Omicrons, and we attacked them much more often then I attack you.

Plus Korrd a freelancer can be hostile to a faction. If a freelancer attacks people of a faction they have the right to attack back. Plus Damned is sort of a RP character anyway because of the RP threads about him.

EDIT: Also I only tell pirates that have pirated (RP pirated not NPC pirating/looting) in AW or attacked AW members. I t0ld sparrow to leave only after he shot at me at first he was allowed to stay.
