Lesson in how an admin's rights go:

it's My job as well as Igiss' job to make sure the server is a friendly place to play and that everyone follows the rules.

When ANYONE complains about unfair fighting, unfair treatment of players, that's where the admin's job takes precendence over any faction commander.

Don't presume to lecture me about where my job is, Dab. I've been running servers longer than you've played freelancer on Discovery. i"m well aware of my boundaries, and I know where it stops.

As far as base raping is concerned, this is a case of "he said/she said". It's your word against Damned's. As far as I'm concerned.. LEAVE HIM ALONE for the time being.

Freelancers *CAN* be hostile, however you should treat them as NEUTRAL until they open fire on you. End of story. Making Damned an hostile when he's untagged.. you might as well label *ALL* freelancers as hostile. To me, this sounds like a personal vendetta gainst Damned, and that's not something I'm really interested in seeing on the server.

Server Admins have *FULL* control of the entire game. In fact, Igiss and I are the only two who can more or less take full controll of the game and eliminate any problem.. that includes system conquest. Is that a abuse of power? Depends on the situation. I, for one, am getting tired of this arguement.

Either let him leave the system without you opening fire, or just leave him alone. I don't want to start intervening by moving you BOTH out of the system.
