To GMG (definately for someone lower then guildmaster)

Greetings, this is Malcolm Dawson, security officer of Cryer Pharmaceuticals deep space explorer 'Atka project'. Today we were on our way from Honshu to Atka when SUDDENLY one of trade lane rings (code 533-2, error 404, the trade lane ring 2nd to Ogashawa in Sigma-19 refused to work and move our ship to Ogashawa. We're outraged, and so you are, my friends, as I presume!

We've wasted some time for contacting DSE customer support to summon repair teams, it took a while, but we made it. And try to guess what they said? "Tradelanes are under GMG jurisdiction and are insured by IC for GMG, so contact them first to solve the questions involing insurance". So now non-functional trade lane ring will distrupt your, our and other transports while on their way to/through/from Ogashawa.

So, do you have them insured in any way by any banking tiger and could you help us solve this issue fast?
