All my chars , exept the trader are considered pirates (for info always check my signature). They are aligned with almoust all pirate NPC factions in Sirius. I am also aligned with the Phantom faction. I'm not from the Phantoms. I'm an indipendent terrorist and pirte , but still I try to play as close to RP as I can , and they are the only bad guys around. So If Dab considers me an enemy thats O.K. with me. But ordering me and many more Pirates to leave a pirate system is a little odd.

The problem I see with this statement is that the char(s) in question are not just pirates they're terrorists. You're allied with the Phantoms and the AW know of your alliance, Dab in roleplay therefore has every right to ask you to leave a system under AW influence. He's not asking a pirate to leave a pirate system, he's asking a known terrorist to leave. If you were just a pirate you wouldn't have a problem with AW. Roleplaying your char, you should either stay out of AW systems or expect a fight when your in them. (Its like a Phantom char being in Rheinland or Bretonia, expect the SF or RM to give you a fight)

Now the other side, Dab its one thing to attack a player in your system to drive them out but when they say "stop" then that should be it. You can't force Damned to roleplay his chars properly. If he says "leave me alone", that's it, leave him and make a complaint that he's not roleplaying properly.

K, having said all the above. With no evidance we have no clue how much Dab was "harassing" Damned, or if Damned said clearly he wanted to be left alone...but the statements above can be applied in general to any player.

So in my opinion...
Damned should keep his terrorist chars out of AW space unless he wants a fight.
Dab, stop means stop.

ASIDE: Now I should empthasize, if AW is kicking pirates out of pirate systems with no just cause then we do have a problem!!! But I've got no evidance of this occuring and at this point I don't think it has occured.
