Cocnerning bounties

1. It is sanctionable not to post bounty kill. And basically it's not that hard to post that bounty kill, if you're working alone you do it alone, if you're working for merc company, they can do it for you (if that is the system), but yeah...the goal is to get money inRP, so you should justify it with your posting.

2.BHG| on lawful contracts are pre-registered as I know, or at least Agmen registered them all long time ago, since I've noticed, you got to register bla bla unless you're part of BHG|, on another hand indie BHG players need to register well...cause system is like it is, you get technology in return of being only lawfuls hunter. When you're a merc and want to work for unlawfuls, you got to earn technology or use codenames.

And well...yeah BHG could get like valid indie registration as well (or something useful), cause it's right now more attractive to play a merc who can choose his own contracts.
