Actually BHG caps are not roaming Sirius anymore is because they are not build to hunt for bounties, since they are core only ships.

But I find the current Hunting system ok.
not good or perfect neither bad.

I however still want bounties to be FLhooked.
But then there might be an issue of lots of people killing before typing and then getting auto-payed.

Bounty systems are just complex especially when there is a need to rp a bit in front of it.
