Admin Notice: Mining is off

Due to constant complaints about the player behaviour problems that mining causes, I've turned it off. I guess you can consider this a trial. If player behaviour gets better it will remain off.

This would be mining in the 'problem' areas or mining in general?

Just asking because mining helium in the cloud in Pennsylvania is almost vital for new peeps starting out.
