Glad to see an update on the USI dossier. I've only had a quick look but here's a few things I got for you. There's a possibility you've already noticed or thought of doing this, but it's worth to tell anyway.
- All the way at the bottom it shows [size=13]Naming Convention:<!--sizec--></span which looks odd of course, probably the file got too large and not all was made to fit, re-constructing some stuff might be a good idea to solve that.
- The USI logo at the top of the dossier might need to be changed. Not only doesn't it really blend in, but compared to the other factions yours looks outdated to say the least.
- The history of USI described in the dossier might need some re-writing. It is good to mention what happens in the faction as of this moment, but maybe it is good to sum things up to make it more easier to read and understand.
Of course the lack of room to actually edit is a big issue, you might need to cut or edit some sections. I've got some suggestions for you to take into consideration.
- Create a AOE (Area of Effect) image to display, other then writing down all the sections of Sirius you operate in under different reasons. It's good to explain and show this information yes, but is it of great importance to show that information in your dossier? Wouldn't a image of the map of Sirius be better? (Example: http://i674.photobucket.com/albums/vv106/L...rted/ku_zoi.jpg) You could always give specifics on your wiki page right?
- Why show all the neutral factions in your diplomacy list? You could make it for instance something like 'Everyone not mentioned elsewhere' and be done with it, saves you a few lines.
That's is all I got for now, keep up the good work lads! :)
EDIT: Just a thought that came up in my head while I was in-game. Won't it be wise for [*USI*] trade ships to have friendlies, mercenaries or Freelancers escort Universal trading ships when their own security personnel is currently unavailable?
