Well mercenaries I think can work for specific sides. Sometimes to keep a constant flow of credits means having to solidify your position with certain factions and people. And when I meant consequences, I simply meant being able to take revenge on a fallen faction member, or even one of your own characters if necessary.

Still getting used to all the role-play done on disco. Which basically means having to ask questions from time to time. Thank you for the responses. If you have anything more to add, feel free to do so. However, I think I have obtained the required information that I wanted.
