this is but a first trial - and the speed at which the fields are mined dry / are replenished ... will be adjusted on a basis of experience and time. - but to get the best facts to adjust it, it will take some runtime - so all the miners ( no matter the timezone ) are currently test subjects to provide feedback.

I'd recommend writing down a few numbers, experiences and after some days of testing make a thread and post some of these. Then one can see whether it replenishes too slow, or too fast, one can see whether migration actually starts to fields, etc.
It will for sure take some finetuning. But the idea is just great!
