IMHO, although I see & like the logic of limited frequency range 'tween nearby 'in system' crafts, alot of RP is lost that could otherwise be used as an inspirational example to others. Losing /local may be a bit of a sore spot for some RP-wise, but in the grand scheme of things, tis best to 86 the option in the spirit of showing people new & old system wide how one should stay in character. After all, people can't emulate what they can't see ::shrug::[/2cents]
