Lyra is not a bad person, but she -can- be malicious at times.
She among all others can really use whatever the situation gives her.She secretly winked at Izumi. Moving quietly but swiftly, she secretly moved behind Concordia. Her lips almost touching Condordia's ear, she whispered.
