Find a Molly faction that already fits your needs.
Garda, MS, Tene, Feegle, OG.....

If ye want moderate, go MS.
ye want hard line, go OG.
ye want soft, go Garda.
Ye want smugglin, go La Tene.
THeres already enough Molly factions, so unless your bringing something different to the table, try and join up with the one closest to your goals.
