I'd say that Liberty is at least loosely christian.

Corsairs were so desperate, I doubt their religion survived their rough journey.

Outcasts are split of atheists, catholics and those who are spiritually interested in the Nomads.

The GC's founder was an author who wrote a story about Amaterasu assigning a kingdom a Queen to rule them, and the story created the feminists movement that then became the GC. Doubt the GC are religious in any way, spiritual is a nicer way of putting it.
Can't think of any other groups that would be particularly religious though.

Though I'm not sure if their Discordianism or faction in general can really be claimed as a study in Chaos worship given their predaliction towards establishing order.

Also, yes, I'm aware of the distinction between the idea of chaos and the worship of Chaos in the classical Greek sense.
