I should have noted this in the initial transmission burst, but it slipped my mind. Any contract from the previous channel is still valid for this month. Freeport 5, Ames RS, Freeport XV, and Freeport 2 will receive shipments per contract. Our new policies will not take effect for those stations until next month.
Of course working out a new contract now will mean a fluid transition next month. Using your current contract and converting it into our new packages would result in the following:
Basic Package: 10 million credits
Food Rations - 5000 units
Water - 5000 units
Oxygen - 5000 units
H-Fuel - 2500 units
Consumer Goods - 2500 units
Pharmaceuticals - 1000 units
+ Custom Additions: 495,000 credits (330 cr/unit)
Pharmaceuticals - 1000 units
H-Fuel - 500 units (330 cr/unit)
= Total: 10,495,000 credits
As Mr Mace has explained we are shifting corporate contracts to bulk shipping, as a means to reduce costs on both ends. The majority of our transports are owned by the captain of the vessel, and we freely allow them to take third party contracts so long as they do not break with company policy. Contracting directly with one of them will save you money, while also giving them a chance to make money outside of corporate contracts. All of our transport captains have access to this network, they are free to use the network to offer their services for non bulk shipments. The following goods will fall under non bulk policy.
