Best capital ship: cruiser? battleship?

Best battleships in my opinion:

1.) Valor Gallic BS

2.) Ranseur OC BS / Legate Sair BS

3.) Really any other one you like to fly

Best cruisers in my opinion:

1.) Storta / Preafect / Vidar / Kusari Dessie

2.) Really any other one you like to fly


Let me say this:

- good capital ship - 100% depends on the skill of the pilot / "Captain" (also as mentioned above there is a big difference between the purpose you want it for like PvP / RP )

- if chosen for PvP look out for heavily armored one and with a lot of turrets - proper flown BS is a real danger for anyone, you can easily beat several player in a row with it (but dont forget to choose a bit your battles)
- if chosen for RP choose just one you like most and fits to your desired role you want to play with it

- if chosen just for fun altogether choose a BS of a faction which is active and mostly involved in conflicts or is actually in war with someone so you will have always something to do with it

Also important is the setup (now you can specialize your BS turrets till 4.86 comes out - anticap, antifighter, common multipurpose...etc.)

And dont listen to the nosayers i have several BS's at the moment and for me its a real fun to fly them, i love them! Despite i am not in any official faction its not true that a solo BS cannot do anything and you will be beaten everywhere you go, but for sure it is wise to hire an escort or take some allied players with you.
