Outcast Ships...

Hi guys
Ive recently returned to freelancer, used to be on the old Asgard RPG server, that some people may remember, and moved to discovery for a while after Asgard shut down.. Anyway that's besides the point.

I have always played Outcast and Criminal affiliated characters, but I don't really like the original Border World HF and the (originally called Claymore) Border World VHF on Discovery.


Does anyone else agree?.. The VHF is just massive, compare the size or look of it to for example the current IMG VHF, the Ravens Talon or the Virage Civ LF.

As such i'd like to present to you an idea from my old server.

One of my guild mates on ASG. created the Rage (then VHF).

It has a similar overall shape as the Scimitar or Blade.

I'm interested in thoughts on the model, rather than the texturing or any handling characteristics or weapon loadout at the moment due to the obvious balance issues.

Would a Ship like this be accepted as a HF or VHF in Discovery ( as i'm pretty sure i could get permission from the creator).
