The midsection appears a bit bland, and I'm not sure about the underside/top since you haven't posted images of those.
All in all, though, it reminds me of a cross between ALG/Republican produced transports and RM produced caps.
How wide is it? Is it a tube-like-thing, or is it wider than it is tall? I'd think that wider fits the overall Hessian aesthetic, but as noted before in the thread, different contracts, different appearances.
