I have to get rid of some air.
I was on in another char in ny and it only took me 10 min to spot 6 players above lvl 40 with freelancer ID.
The highest was lvl 69 and nobody asked him. when i asked him i got the answer " i got a money transfer" then he logged off.
For me it lookes like players give a damm about the LVL 40 rule. I do not hope this is true.
But if it is then admins maby have to make the peanlaty for breaking the lvl/freelancer rule so that it can be feelt.
