I can assure you that our Admins are a hardworking and conscientious bunch. There are also "The Angels" who hang about Manhattan and try to "guide" newer players in the right direction. One or two of the older Independents also try to sort things out when possible.

Unfortunately, these helpful folk can just not be "on" 24/7, due to R/L commitments and time zones.

You're correct in assuming that these folk you saw are not exactly playing in the spirit of things. There are numerous ID's available at and within a stone's throw of Manhattan for those players who suddenly "swell up" due to a cash infusion. A real pity they can't spend the time and the cash to correct their OORP situations. I guarantee that if they do it in front of Admins or other older "vets", they will not be allowed to continue in their nonchalant ways for very long atall, atall.
