Keepers have no ZoI... They can be find everywhere.

Some of them just want to RP. Can you find that in Omnicroms without being shot at? Only at OC space maybe adn even then, They tend to get shot by indies just because theyr red.

Guard systems are not OORP.

Those guard factions do not 'own' that system like Crossfire, where its sanctionable to enter a guard system.

Guard systems arnt bought with real money, meaning nobody 'holds' any server rights on those system.

Guard systems are a part of Sirius, but they are INRP claimed as a NPC factions system, not a player faction. Sure, Playerfactions like TAZ might own 'base' in rp, btu they do not decide if a nomad is curious and when it enters, to tell them off.

Nomads ZoI is everywhere. (I have never been In gallia so I do not know about that.)

Nobody knows what Nomads wants.. Some of them want to befriend, soem of them are aggressive.

Some of them use humans to theyr advantage. Some of them start conflicts, Some of them decide to ally with other then Outcast. Some of them decide to take minds over...

It is called I believe, rolepay.

Its not OORP again. I use certain guard systems as a shortcut to get somewhere for instance.

Its up to that faction to do somethign about that: Ea, VIrginia: Navy should do something about anyone tresspassing.

Same goes for Londonderry, where mollys would need to do something baout tresspassers..

So its perfectly legit, and not OORP.

Its up to faction's to do something about it, and I dont mean OORPly., but iRP, meaning to actualyl guard theyr system.

Also, Some people dont read news. Like I only read news when a major event happenent.
