Tertiary ZoI: Anywhere depending on RP, except for Capital Ships as per ID.

High Command Officers
High Command Officers form the never-resting mind of the Hellfire Legion and they are responsible for:
Combat doctrine, diplomacy, R&D, strategy and upholding the way of the Hellfire Legion as intended by Drake Thastus.

Honorary Fleet Marshals and Janitors
Fleet Marshals are former High Command Officers of the Legion who relinquished their full command authority and privileges in favor of diverting their attention to a specific area of work or due to their inability to fulfill all their duties for reasons otherwise. More often than not they provide advice and guidance for the current High Command while otherwise keeping to their own preferred areas of work. Some areas of work these individuals continue their outstanding work in, for example, include weapons development, continuing the development of the Legion's new outpost, and acting as the Supreme Janitor for the entire Legion.
