Any factionized Molly attacks my indie Molly to protect their precious agreement with the BAF.

Clearly you do not understand current or past Molly RP.
As Shakespeare would have said, "it is a custom more honored in the breach than the observance."
Several times the faction leaders have come out and said there is no agreement.
Mollys have not stopped shooting baf, not even the Garda.
Where do you get your information?
