FOK-11 Armored Military Transport

It hasn't been reserved by anyone, but after talking to some people who have more of a say in what will get in, in .86 I don't think this one has time. I will try to finish it though at least texture wise. I really enjoy the way it came out.

COurse it wont get into .86 the ship submission deadline is passed.
But hopefully 4.87 wont take so long, and hopefully IC| will still be going strong by then.
