Bright idea.

I really like the idea. But I think we should have a decent RP background in order to choose whether this faction could use Border World Series technology or not.

So if we answer in the question " Which company/faction/organisation had a decent technology to develop the BW Series " then we can limit the use of this technology. Why? Well, all the Outcasts use the BW series, but if it was an Outcast design, they would surely limit it's distribution. So a logical explanation is that a border world company developed it and the outcasts stole the designs.

The only company I could think of doing that, is OSI and I asked them here and they indeed in-RP manufacture & sell the BW Series vessels. However, they stated that they would probably get Zoner ships in 4.86 so naturally they won't continue selling these series.

So the problem remains and we are back in my initial question.
