Yours is an odd reading. You seem to have occasional issues transmitting even locally to your own computer. That first hop should not have an average latency of over five on any system... That suggests a software error on your system. You're also losing some packets between your computer and your modem. Could be weak-ish wireless link, could be bad cable... depends on your home setup. But in your case, since the localhost ping is already troublesome, a software problem is more likely. Do you have personal firewall software running perhaps?
ColdZero: You're connecting from New Zealand, looks like you've got quite a latency. Fluctuation too... which seems to start between your computer and your DSL modem. In your case I suspect a dodgy connection between modem/router and your computer. Likely a wireless link?
Rommie: You have very high packet loss. Please run another test, I think the datacenter the server is at was having problems at the time you ran that test.
