' Wrote:Yes, we are indies, but I was in an official corsair faction before you even joined discovery. I told the organizer we are coming and she was ok with it. So please, don't come here playing the good boy with the "they're indies" crap. For me, you aren't an elite corsair, just because you're in a 3 members "clan" who is struggling to even retain their official status. You hardly play for the Corsairs and you think you can come here and decide how we should play them? Hah.

I have seen you gone from "let's kill everyone time for revenge against those MNS Caps, send everything blablabla" to "Ok guys you need to stop ganking". You change your opinion when it suits you, when it makes you look like "the good guy". And now you are here, leader of a Faction composed of 3 members that is faced with losing its official status due to inactivity and think you have audacity to speak for the Corsairs?
For your information, I didn't even participate in that event on my Osiris. I didn't participate at all, and if I was going to it would have been on my Reaver as instructed by my Faction Leader. But I just noticed you coming in here acting all high and mighty.
Man, what made the Corsair Independents listen to other people was when they didn't do a 101st, basically not existing and then assume everyone would listen to orders because they have power on a piece of paper. What made the Corsair Independents listen and act cool during battles was thanks to players such as Globalo, who was constantly active, treated people with respect and taught people first-hand how to behave. That's what made them listen to a man such as him. Not someone who changes face at the first sign of trouble.
Furthermore, the reason, the only reason this event even saw the face of any Corsairs is because if you take a quick look at the forces you'll see that the balance is ridiculous. What did you expect honestly? You invite everyone who has a lawful faction or corporation character of the Rheinland House, then you put a gigantic number of capital ships and escort ships versus what can be at best be described as a small band of Hessians. Then, when the event is about to start you open up a bounty thread, inviting us and even -more- hunters to assist you, against that same small force, then you honestly expect them to react in a good fashion?
If you simply wanted to have a big mining event without interference you could have just written it at the beginning of your event description. Then nobody would assume that criminals were part of the event to begin with and as such balancing would not be a problem.
You wish to argue about this?...Do it on the flood.
Unless you have something worthwhile to say, no need to speak.
To Anne and everyone trying to keep it a fun time, we need more people like you and others should follow suit.
P.S. Can I keep that last load of silver ore? ;)
