Many of you may have seen the recent faction activity warning Here
This is very sad. Many of these factions bring something unique to disco, and to loose them would be to the detriment of our community.
I know that for most of these factions there are "independant" players all over the place, who for their own reasons decide not to join the official group.
So my first plea is to the indies. Help these factions regrow by joining them, at worst you will make a few friends. At best it will re-invigorate your RP experience. Go Here
I know that people often believe that they will be forced to "do stuff" in order to be in these factions. I cannot speak for all, but I'd say that for most, the sum total of effort required is a /renameme. It's that easy.
Now
to the rest of you! Maybe you havent tried the RP of these groups yet, maybe you havent even tried factions yet! So, look down that list , pick one that sounds cool, and try it out.
