In your changes u have made have Changed Bounty hunter Npc amount or partols as i see to get them cd'ing my P-train every 5-9 k no matter what system or is it just my luck

and the docking messges are getting a bit out of hand when some one keeps docking Ie when changing weapon configs ect and docking around manhattan or malta is like streem of greem messges comming up the screen and getting the way of system chat can this be scaled back so is some docks and undock and docks over that it will not keep posting the docking messege
