thats why i just had a interes of 5% per week... thats nothing.
Ye mainly that, though i used to take 3% a week at any loan.

That. I had people showing links to multiple loans which they already took and which were repayed properly, and still some of those scammed.
You can never be sure that you don't get scammed.

Yarp, that as well.
I got around 3,5 billions and still it would be annoying suddenly to loose that ~1 billion i loaned out at the moment, if my loanees should decide to scam, now that the policy is changed.
' Wrote:Seriously, the previous anti-loan-scam-policy should not have been put in effect in the first place because it reduced risk to zero. And we all know - from Discovery's beloved commodity system - what happens when risk doesn't equal profit.
When people scammed money, only the initial loaned money was restored.
So alot of forum and ingame work for no profit, i'd call that a risk.
' Wrote:Just like the Admins don't care if a weapon dealer gets scammed, they shouldn't care if a loan lender gets scammed either.
So i wonder if they still care about ship sale scams.
Anyway, i hope that sudden change of policy doesn't affect older loans.
