Q:Are freighters allowed

yes they are

1. Is it allowed to shoot our targets everywhere in Sirius, though the systems we travel usually ain`t OC ZOI. (Concerning to Rheinland or Bretonia)?

2.Do Transports bring any points?

1: there are some terrains where kills wont be accepted, due to our diplomatic relations:

• System(s) - Reason
  
• Nomad jurisdiction systems - as senor jameson said, we dont wanna disturb the spirits more than is absolutely neccesary
  
• Phantom systems - we prefer not to give them a reason for disliking us or anything like that
  
• Wilde-wilde Guard system - allies of the spirits, same reason as the nomads
  
• Bretonia systems - we do NOT want to break the peace pact (keep in mind that magellan, tau 31 and newcastle are allowed to kill in)
  
• Rheinland - for the moment this is allowed untill further notice, i will consult with Senor Jameson about this
  

2: Transports are easy to kill, therefore they are only worth 0.5 HOWEVER if you can prove the transport is carrying Artifacts they will count for 1.5 as it would blow a strike against the corsair nation.
