In that case, the Lanehackers, Hellfire Legion and all military intelligence agencies will want the same privilege. Heck, Lanehackers and Hellfire will claim to use the Spyglass to affect any system with this. That aside, a comparison: Dell may build hundreds of computers daily, can Dell monitor everything that someone does on those computers?

I think this is specifically meant to bring a boost to the police factions, since they are currently a "less then Navy" bunch.
