Minor note first Aslan spoke only for himself not the whole of XTF in his message a small detail but one I thought I'd address since you seemed under the impression that it was, thought I'd clear the air there before I spoke myself.
I'll also point out that I myself am only speaking for myself not on behalf of the XTF, this little event has not been bought up to the rest of the XTF in talks yet so what I say here is only myself I am speaking for.

Each group must have atleast 1 independent outcast
The 101st MUST be the leader of the group, giving the order to kill, and there must be prove of him being in control/leading
I can agree with having one member of the 101st to verify information and even improve relations with others. Good idea can't fault it.
Having at least 1 independant aswell is of course the flip side of this deal and once again I cannot fault it.
The 101st MUST... yup this is where I disagree, this does not help relations at all and insted does the complete opposite. Already others have questioned this rule for varying reasons.
My reason is simple and I'm going to appologize before hand because I'm going to be blunt.
This rule is there to show off the 101st power within the Outcasts nothing more, in my eyes it is nothing more than an ego rub. It may seem rude what I said there but it is also what I see whenever someone tells me that they are my boss when I do not actually work for them.
I would be more than happy to work with and possibly even for them however this would be of my own free will not one forced upon this proud and very stubborn Outcast.
May of been with the best intention at heart so I'd ask you to recosider as it WILL push people away, myself being one of them.
