You can even give your money with huge interest rates to people who you know are going to say "yes" and then try to cheat you and not pay back your huge interest rate. Admins will get it for you. You know, but the guy who you are duping and who thought he would be able to dupe you doesnt know.

That's actually not correct. The Admins didn't get any "huge interest rates", they only thing that was restored was the initial sum of money which you loaned, without any interest.
Not being able to have access to my money for several weeks without any interest is something i would still call a risk, or loss.
