Personally if (was acceptable as SOME well known group used it as their engagement notice against an unarmed Ki) "orrrg" was enough for RP engagement then certainly "How is the night?" would be as well. I believe that is sucky and lame RP. But again most times you have to kill quick in order to get the kill, or make the first move sorts.
I believe the standards of RP should fit into some mode. But you and I be dreaming should ever be a focus on RP in game, first. Basically this game engine limits really your purpose in game. It's a combat arcade and that's what you do. So it's pointless to try to regulate what is and isn't acceptable minimum of RP experience (Doesn't mean we shouldn't try.)
Edit: TO make it more clear; RP response to a generic question IS your RP response to their intentions. Silence or answering the question IS the RP response to the inRP question. That is the claim and safety net and minimum of this server's RP abilities.
Over all I believe it shouldn't count.
Communal response: LULWUT! U MAD REAVER KILL YOU BRO? GET BETTER SKILL! (AKA: It counts)
