The bit about the Liberty board alone not covering you isn't correct, which suggests either flawed or completely lacking research on your part. Which strikes me as a poor introduction. It could be you're mistaking the LR ID with the more generic pirate ID, the latter of which (as memory serves) demands a measure of red handedness afor the trigger is pulled. The LR ID is totally pumpkin pie in terms of engagement rights.
Now, while I wouldn't want to paint our insanely bitter DI in a bad light, could be that he's giving you some bad intel about the needs of folk to claim that there's a bounty on your head 'afor pulling the trigger. I imagine that he could provide some quoted text to support his claim. Heavens knows I'd like to see it.
