I do not think anyone has been insulted. I understand that some may be offended by the truth, but I though as professional law enforcement you were above such childish reactions. I was stating facts based on my own observations. I'€™m not really sure about this matter of a fine. The man you seem to be wanting has disappeared. I'€™d love to find him myself but I can'€™t. If you do find him you are welcome to exact whatever form of justice you feel is appropriate. You won'€™t get any complaint from me.

That'€™s all I really feel I need to say here. I'€™m done. I may not be Gallic, but I'€™m Junker. As such that should tell you enough about who I am and how I operate. I'€™m finding it hard to believe that someone in charge of such a prestigious police force does not understand what it means to be Junker. But then I think you do know that. I'€™m quite sure that you understand us much better than you are admitting. That being the case'€¦..what are you really asking of us?
