Kris was late and he knew it as he made his own way to the breifing room, certainly not the best of ways to start off any sort of operation. He was also new, and arriving late would not be the best way to make an impression on the other pilots in the wing, but nothing he could do about that now. Hopefully he'd arrive in time to catch the important parts, although whatever that might be he wasn't sure. If the task force had been secretive these people were worse than the LSF, and he wondered how many of them even knew thta he'd been brought in. Either way there was no guarentee he would even be on the mission, provided there was one, but he had to attend the breifing anyway to know the contingency plans if nothing else. The rumors he'd picked up on spoke of something near sigma 13, and while he was no stranger to covert raids in indian country there'd be no gunboat wing with him this time, and if they he was lucky only a single osiris that could hardly be risked to fight. What the hell was he supposed to do in a fighter anyway? Marshall may have been one of the go-to guys for subcraft back in liberty, but that certainly didn't make him any more comfortable with it. Oh well, guess he'd figure it out...
