I think you are looking to deeply into what is being said here..
But for discussions sake..
Most of the people that have been here for a good long time.. obviously would not be here if they constantly broke the rules (a little here or there, but you get my drift).. Thus most of the time they abide by the RP/Rules.
New people come in a variety of flavors.. but generally you will catch them between 2.. Not caring and Caring but not knowing. Those that care simply need to be instructed. Those that do not care, cannot be instructed. Obviously we do not need those that do not care.
The people in the middle are much more grey and are what Rogue was saying, "They know enough to rule lawyer and cause problem".. When in actuallity they do NOT know enough, and only know the basic rules and attempt to apply them out of context. Or simply they cause problems because they think they can get away with something because they did not fully understand the rules. It is this group of people that make up the majority of freelance imo and as such run a wider range between the 2 different poles of good players and Bad players.
