Extra equipments disappeared overnight

One more thing.. i just bought a freighter called Garanchou, its one of those ships whose model (the outside of the ship) appears all white. It is not one of the ship models from original Freelancer. Maybe that has somethign to do with my disappeared equipments?

I doubt that has anything to do with your missing equipment. It happens to me, too, when I have my graphics settings turned down. Non-vanilla ships do that sometimes.

Try fiddling with the sliders in the options menu and see if that changes anything.



Oh, and I think Zelot's asking about your character's name, not the ship's name.
