A way to controll capital spammage

I am generally against giving more power to factions, and taking most of the powers they have now away. Same with cap ships.

same could work when they have to make a RP apply in the forums to the admins.

but we all know.

admins want less work not more.

and I dont really think the admin team want to get more members just for such a thing.


the point is.

we need a solution.

I'm for anything that can solve the lolcapwhores.

and yes. we have lolwuts in small vessels as well..

but such are less annoying cause they can be killed easily or just ignored.

+ most lolwuts are in caps
