A way to controll capital spammage

same could work when they have to make a RP apply in the forums to the admins.

but we all know.

admins want less work not more.

and I dont really think the admin team want to get more members just for such a thing.

we need a solution.

I'm for anything that can solve the lolcapwhores.

and yes. we have lolwuts in small vessels as well..

but such are less annoying cause they can be killed easily or just ignored.

People want to make this claim that somehow there is some huge "lolcap" problem. I have seen no actual evidence that the problem with caps is any larger than the problem with fighters. Yes, there are idiots in caps, but there are just as many idiots with snubs, and I hate to tell you, there are just as many idiots in factions as there are indy idiots. So, if you want to deal with the "lol" problem, as Jinx said, deal with it, dont just target one or two ship classes as the problem.

Although, if you had some kind of evidence that caps are a bigger problem than snubs, I would be willing to give it a listen.
