A way to controll capital spammage

Very good idea. But there are 2 problems.

• 60% of the new players want to buy a Dread after they make much money. Block the purchase of caps and most of them will stop playing in Disco.
  
  
• Controlling Official Factions would be a difficult task
  

So I am negative in this proposal.. :rolleyes:

1. Personally, I think it's a good thing. Means they're not here for the roleplay, nor are they willing to learn.
2. Might be hard, but not impossible.

All in all I'm negative as well, but just because of the freedom limitation, in some way.

I mean, it's a game. One shouldn't have to work to be able to have fun. One shouldn't be able to ruin other's fun either. Pretty damn hard to find a balance.
